We ended up canceling since it was more distance from airport than what agent told me I was told five min but was more like 25 min will need a full refund.

The second night the front desk was no help with our A/C.

Clean hotel, great breakfast, great manager.

Check in was quick and easy. Was able to check in a bit early on a friday. Beds were a little hard for our taste, but ok. A/c worked but i like it cooler than it went down to, but it worked. Breakfast was decent for a free breakfast. Indoor pool, nice when it rained. Front desk staff was really good. Came to room twice, once to help with the room safes that were in process of being phased out, our room safe still worked. The brought a tv remote up near 11pm cause apparantly they either removed it on accident, or people before us lost it. Front desk was quick to respond. The only bad thing, is on the second floor, we had a mom and dad with 5 young kids next door so first night, it was quite noisy with banging and thumping and kids yelling. Not hotels fault that parents were inconsiderate for other guests, but also kids were all younger so, it happens. The carpets in stairwell to go upstairs needed replaced, but inside room was decent.

Too close to interstate

The hotel needs a major renovation. We could hear every step of the people in the room above us by the squeaky floor sound. The room next to the highway, you could hear every semi tractor trailer drive down the road. The screaming kids in the next room were heard loud & clear

Comfortable beds Staff was great

This is an older hotel and is a bit shabby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. there were no dowels in the toilet paper dispensers, sink stopper was not working, and they could have had a comfortable easy chair in the room, but there was only the desk chair. The food at the breakfast was Ok, but only lukewarm. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet.

Only issue, asked for housekeeping to supply new towels after 3 dyas and never got them
