Awesome Stay! Clean. Comfortable Room in the quaint town of Mount Vernon. The staff was excellent as is their custom. Amenities were excellent !

Very little counter space. Very poor lighting. The light is off to one side of the mirror rather than above or a light on each side of the mirror.
It was awesome place to stay.
It was a quiet place to stay with the family, no trouble or hassle of any kind with the stay, room was very clean and comfortable.

pool was closed and we specifically got the hotel for a pool for the kids. when I got there I had to go outside out back to find somebody waited out front for 15 minutes and called the property and nobody showed up. tv remote would not work. they tried three different things and finally sent a new remote. when we went for breakfast the orange juice wasn't working. the apple juice wasn't working. the waffle maker wasn't even plugged in. none of the chairs were set down for the morning. they were still up for cleaning. it was no forks out. staff is absolutely terrible here. pretty much oblivious and did not care.

The entire hotel is under construction and there was stuff EVERYWHERE! Breakfast was gross. I stay at that hotel quite often but they are apparently under new management and lost a customer.
