Awesome Stay! Clean. Comfortable Room in the quaint town of Mount Vernon. The staff was excellent as is their custom. Amenities were excellent !

Very little counter space. Very poor lighting. The light is off to one side of the mirror rather than above or a light on each side of the mirror.
It was awesome place to stay.
It was a quiet place to stay with the family, no trouble or hassle of any kind with the stay, room was very clean and comfortable.

It was a decent hotel. It felt clean and well-maintained. The pool was decent. It’s a little more than a tiny square some other hotels have. The only thing that bothered me was the vending machines. They were out of half the selections of drinks. They should be able to keep those stocked pretty easily. It’s not a very busy hotel.

We appreciated the fact that the room was not carpeted. Alex was tremendous when we checked in. Unfortunately we did not have time to stay for breakfast but it smelled wonderful.

The room was nice and clean. Checking in was easy. My rating is low because there was an issue with my reservation and instead of adjusting my dates, I had to rebook. There was not a manager on duty so I didn't know if they were going to be kind and dismiss the misbooked room charge. Found out today, they are not. So I was charged for two separate one night stays and the hotel was not worth that much, which brings down my ratings across the board. I understand being a business, I do not understand being greedy.
