My husband and I had a great visit at Summersville,WV location. Starting with being greeted by a wonderful person until we checked out on Sunday, August 9th. Our room was immaculate and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was also good and made our trip home easier. Thanks to everyone at Quality Inn for a great stay.

The younger of the two receptionists was not friendly and didn’t make eye contact or smile or say hello. The first thing she said was “Last name?”. It looked like we were inconveniencing her just for showing up. The older of the two noticed and stepped in and made up for it by being a bit more friendly. The room key didn’t work because the battery on the lock mechanism was dying. The carpet in the room didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. There was no soap in our room either in the shower or by the sink. Breakfast was decent!

Been staying at this hotel for 30yrs and have always had a good stay.
But this year it’s showing its age
Rooms need to be updated there dark with old furniture the beds were lumpy
Pool was dirty for the 3days we stayed.
The staff were great along with the breakfast
Sad but we will be looking for another hotel next year.

Room outdated and really noisy. The worst was the mildew shower curtain. It stunk so bad. Wash clothes and towels were paper thin. It’s just okay.
