Check in was extremely accommodating getting a room early.

The property was undergoing renovations, so no 1st floor rooms and no elevator for my elderly parent. Safety latch was broken right off the wall, and they charged me twice. I had to wait 5 days to get reimbursed for 2nd charge

I asked for towels and to empty the garbage TWICE! The note in the room said I had to make the request to housekeeping. The first time I asked for towels, NO RESPONSE. The second time they came through.

Breakfast was good. Parking was good and area lit good at night. Heater didn't always seem to work properly.

The stay was average my main complaint was that the room had small tiny nats, flies I don't know what they were but they were everywhere in the room I have bites on my face and buttocks they were Tini tiny flying things that annoyed me ... there was no safe to secure my things nor housekeeping services unless requested I'm sure fo an additional . I requested a law enforcement discount when I couldn't see the option online when I called directly and I was told that that room was taken and they wanted to charge me way more on the phone instead of matching the price I got online. So I booked online . They should definitely have housekeeping available for guest everyday without asking or for an additional fee. I will rate this hotel underwhelming. If I spend the money I did for 3 nights I definitely was disappointed, 👎

Ok hotel. Carpet looked dingy and burn spots from smokers. Hall and stairwell could have used some extra vacuuming. Floor of the shower looked dirty, but could just be discolored from use.

The room was old, tired and missing a lamp shade for the bedside table lamp. The carpet was worn, dirty and embarrassing to the name QUALITY. “Breakfast” was less than the usual continental CEREALS because the canisters contained crumble bits of Rice Krispies, fruit loops 😩 and look alike Cheerios. The hallway EXIT remained unlocked all night because the lock was broken. Bottom Security🙃 not Top Security.

Clean room. Good shower/pressure. Good heater/air-not too loud. Beds like concrete. Good staff
