Clean room, good mattress, good breakfast.

The overall stay was okay. They need to do better with the rooms cleanliness. However, the manager Susan was great! She addressed my needs and ensured that I was satisfied. I appreciate her. They could also offer more hot breakfast item choices. Maybe, add a hot tub to the pool area.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Only gripe is only ONE plug in master area (we had a suite) & only one nightstand.

It was fine. Clean. Could use some updates was all. Seemed a bit lacking in decor and color. Just bland and dated. The staff was great. Super helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Nice amount of space for my family for a decent price.

Property was easy to access and and clean

The ONLY good thing about this trip is an employee named George. She (unlike most) understood my grandson's particular preferences due to his autism. She let us see two rooms for him to make a choice. I had hoped this would set the tone for the hotel. It did not. The halls smelled like smoke and was the reason our grandson preferred the first room. Despite the second room's clean smell, I picked up cleaning materials and a bath mat from Walmart as my wife cleaned the room and showed me the dirty wipes. The shower had what I assumed were hard water stains but they came right up. Even the iron had dirt on it. The breakfast was limited and the same for both mornings. I actually tried to help by throwing away some of the rotten fruit in the hopes that it would be replaced with something fresher. It wasn't. On two occasions when I went to the car, multiple people were drinking out of their vehicles. I assumed I had missed the notice for the Friday night, parking lot tailgate party so I opted not to participate. My wife and I actually went back to the app to determine if we had accidentally booked the wrong hotel. Im not sure how this is sitting at an 8.2 but it did not measure up to prior bookings. I usually don't say this about the places I book via this app but DO NOT stay here.

So far it’s great the pool water could’ve been warmer but overall awesome
