Excellent Hotel!
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past month. Each time has been terrific. They have a very caring, informative and professional staff. This is ALWAYS my go to hotel when in Muskegon!

We stayed here for a funeral and the staff was so helpful, friendly, considerate and compassionate.
The rooms are also oversized vs a typical hotel. We had 2 queen beds and a king bed and the room was large width with a table and desk and dressers. Clean hotel also.

Susan and the entire staff at this hotel are top notch.
They are kind, courteous, and helpful in every way.
Whether it is information you need about the area or the washing machine breaks down and they volunteer to finish your laundry in the laundry room, this staff goes above and beyond their titles.
The breakfast is always ready and delicious.
Can’t say enough about the people here. Our stay was amazing.

Both of the front staff gals were fabulous. One upon checking in and one upon checking out. Super friendly and helpful. I wish I would have gotten their names for recognition.
