Enjoyable Stay
We booked on line. Got the room we requested. Check in was easy. The room was clean and neat. The hotel has been going through an update of the rooms and lobby. It looks so much nicer from when we started staying there a few years ago. It has a daily hot breakfast which is good.

The hotel overall was ok, the mouse droppings in the stairwell that everyone used to get to the second floor were gross. Morning breakfast wasn’t keep full, biscuits, eggs, and gravy were all empty at 8:30 in the morning. Then the water went out…we stayed there for a family wedding and ended up washing up with cold bottled water. So could have been better.

Amazing View of the Mountains from the front. Resteraunt On Site, Comfortable beds. Room a little outdated. Had to plung my own toilet. Outdoor pool was closed. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff were accommodating, but that's it. The Place was dirty, there were numerous "Stick Bugs" on thew walls in the entrance and hallway. When we got to our room, I had to eliminate several bugs that made their way into the room and were waiting for us. The comforter on the bed smelled. There was debris in the sick, like someone forgot to clean it. The rugs were severely worn and dirty. Even though it was a smoke free hotel, the place wreaked of Marijuana. The smell was awful. We checked out after the first night and requested a refund.

We arrived at 9 pm Fri for a 2 night stay. When we woke up Saturday to get ready to meet our kids at WVU for parent's weekend, we discovered there was no water. The hotel said it would be on in 15 minutes, then noon, then weren't sure when. Now, we still had to find a place to shower and get ready. The hotel management just kept telling us it wasn't their fault and were less than sympathetic. They even wanted to charge us for bottled water to brush our teeth. We did end up getting it for free. The water was on by the time we returned that evening. The hotel did not off an apology or even a discount for our trouble. Will not stay with this hotel again.

There was hair bath tub mildew around tub. Breakfast eggs like rubber and sausage gravy tastwd like chalk.how can they allow employees use gues laundry room we waited all day .one of employees told us to wait.never going back again .i wouldnt stay there
