This hotel was fine, and convenient for my meeting. However, Expedia did not pay them and I had to pay out of pocket for the same room.
Years of travel and I have never had this happen. Fortunately, $120 is not going to set me back, but it could be a hardship for some. Do better Expedia.

The room was clean. There was a storm so there was no TV or internet. The breakfast was delicious. The desk told me the breakfast was from 6am to 9am. We didn't go until 8:35, they had all the foods still and they were still fresh. For check-in I waited at least 10 minutes and I have a cane and that was a long time. The desk had a sign up that someone would be there soon. Several employees walked by but none said they would go get someone to help us. By then the line had 3 people.
