The room smelled horrible, like cigarette smoke and was very humid. My wife woke up in the middle of the night feeling like her skin was coated in a nasty film. The staff was okay and we did not use the amenities. The toilet was slow to flush. We will not stay here again when we visit friends in Marshalltown.

The room was clean and the air was cold, but the water pressure isn't the best. The bathtubs need to have some anti slip grips put in them as a little soap makes them slick.

Grounds needed mowed but flower beds were perfect and might not of been mowed because of rains
