Good hotel for price and area staff was great breakfast was good I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in that area.

I reserved a King bed Suite with a Jacuzzi tub for $180/night on a Friday night. When I arrived, the room did not have a Jacuzzi tub, it had a sofa. I went to the front desk, they apologized but said there were no rooms available that night with a jacuzzi tub and the room with the sofa was the only room I could have. Since I paid for the reservation through hotels.com and not the hotel itself, the hotel couldn't refund any money for my stay. I called hotels.com the day of check in and they tried to call the hotel. There was no answer and the representative told me he would try again and call me back after they contacted the hotel. I didn't receive a phone call the next day, Saturday, so I called again and had the same conversation. Again, I never received a phone call back. I waited until Monday morning and never received a phone call, s I called for a third time. The conversation was exactly the same as the first two. My issue has still not been rasolved. I have paid over $180 for a room with a Jacuzzi and was forced to stay in a room with a sofa instead. I'm 50 and was on a business trip with my husband and we were on our feet for 3 full days. I needed that tub to help with the pain I was in. Lesson learned the hard way... call the hotel directly because these hotel apps forgot how to maintain the hotels they represent and you never know what you're actually doing to get!!!

Dated property with excellent staff. Breakfast was the same every morning. Room was clean and comfortable.

My overall experience was very positive. The accommodations were clean, well-kept, and in excellent condition. The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable. The amenities were satisfactory, and the pool area was well-maintained. I would consider staying here again.
