The front desk staff person was excellent! Since there is no elevator, I called that morning to see if we could have a 1 st floor room as my husband has health issues. She was able to arrange it. I had to call the same lady again. After being on the road for 10 hours, the GPS on my phone has us get off the interstate and go 20 miles out of the way. I thought when I booked the hotel that it was on I-77. I called the same wonderful lady at the desk and she told me how to go!! Clean hotel. Beautifully decorated for the Fall!

Not a bad place. Nice breakfast. Rooms had been redone nicely. Pet charge is per pet, not per stay like the listing says.
