We had several choices in the area. The Quality Inn had a great, spacious room that was very clean. We arrived earlier than expected but were able to check in. All of the staff was friendly. And the price was right too.

I'll stay again, very reasonable priced. Had a good stay, very clean hotel with the usual breakfast. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Convenient to LaCrosse

Terrible charged me over 200 for a single queen bed room after 8pm for one night worst breakfast ever if I can even call that breakfast pool is broken and has been for a very long time like five guys right outside the front door drinking beers and I had my five year old daughter with me and one of those guys was even working there

Terrible place. I arrived after midnight and was very tired. The woman at the front desk was nice and check in was easy. The hotel has been nicely renovated with warm colours, lovely decor, and the corridors are bright. In my room, the floors could use sweeping, the sheets were smeared with makeup, pillow cases were dirty, and one of the shower walls had black hair across it. I’m blond. I called for clean sheets and put them on myself. The next morning I went to have the continental breakfast. The counters were messy. It was all cheap, high sugar, low nutrient foods. No protein at all. At least there was whole wheat bread and I ate a toast. The man at the counter said he was the manager and he clearly didn’t care that my room was dirty. Like a robot, he responded the same as he does to these bad reviews and kept doing what he was doing. He never even looked up. I asked him if he cared that my room was dirty and he repeated his robotic comment. I told him that the staff won’t care about the hotel as long as he doesn’t care. He just ignored me. I will not return to this place.

Property is not in great shape. Back of property entry door wouldn’t/couldn’t close due to humidity. A note on door suggested problem was ongoing. Seemed like big security risk. Stair and landing carpeting was nasty as was wallpaper. My bathtub was pretty beat up as were fixtures. Carpet in room was old. At least bed was comfortable and sheets seemed clean. Outside of tub, bathroom appeared clean. Maid seemed nice.

The hotel should not have been open during the time we stayed. They are having major construction work done and when we checked in at the front desk they told us “our pool is closed we are doing construction on it” HOWEVER they did NOT mention they were remodeling the entire second floor and they gave us a room on the second floor!! We were surrounded by rude construction workers who were BLASTING their music so loud i couldn’t take a nap or relax or anything. Between their music and the extremely loud construction noises banging all day into the night I completely regret staying at this hotel.
