Our room had many issues- stuffed toilet, broken hair drier, broken arm on desk chair! They did give us a new room when we went to the front desk.

Room was fine, AC was very squeaky and noisy. Breakfast was slimy box eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, and waffles. One day they had sausage gravy. Overall not a great included breakfast. They would run out of coffee every morning, which is very abnormal for a hotel. The staff would refill it after being asked.
Staff at check in was friendly and helpful, but they were using the lobby like it was their break room.
Pool was a little run down, ceiling had damage and it was very humid and hot. dehumidifier wasn't working, so they would prop the pool outside door open.
