Good service and clean room.
Good service clean room.
Mostly Good
Nice room but the outside door to our hallway is broken. We have to walk to the front door and back along our hallway. Not much of a problem. Just annoying to have your key not work.

A decent older hotel but unfortunately the ownership has very little pride of ownership. The mattresses had been replaced since the last visit we made to this hotel a couple of years prior and were decent quality. Unfortunately that was the best feature. Where they previously had a hot tub they had installed a plywood floor losing the hot tub. The pool was ice cold about 45 degrees. Im guessing their heater went out and they didnt bother with replacing it or repairing the hot tub. In the room of the 2 lights in the bathroom one worked the other was burned out. They had clearly moved the shower rod and the repair patch from the old location had peeled and crumbled vut was then just painted over. The fridge and microwave were small and old. The furniture was nice quality though.

The ONLY problem, which was a problem is that the were only spoons in the breakfast area. (Try and cut a piece of sausage with a spoon) I spoke to front desk. She said manager was going to get some today). It was about 7am. That problem should have been dealt with yesterday. However, we are staying there next month because it is 1/2 districts to our son. I think it is a good place.

To say the bed was uncomfortable is an understatement! I could literally feel springs digging in my back! Also, the air conditioner/fan did not work well. Finally, I felt as if I was price gouged because my family event happened to be during the University Homecoming weekend. Average cost per night should be around $95 and we were charged $259!!! Staff was very nice.

Staff was friendly and professional. The hotel had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals.
