Melissa is a star! She did all but give us her first born child to find solutions to all our problems from getting us the right room to trying to fix our broken sink and finding my husband a shower chair and parts for his c pap and in general acted like her life depended on us having a good stay.

It was difficult to check in, a small lobby that was filled with people waiting. In my room, the toilet was backed up, there was a used bar of soap still in the shower. The property outside itself was dirty with garbage, cigarette butts everywhere, and beer cans. I will not stay at this particular location again. Especially for the price of the room that I paid for. The only bright spot was the gentleman at the service counter. It seemed like he was the only one working the entire building.

Room was ok less the filthy toilet shower and floors through out full room. You needed shoes to keep ur feet clean even in your own room. The entire building stank of smoke and filth and our reservation was somehow marked no show so when we arrived to check in it took 30 minutes for them on the phone to sort it out.

While the hotel is pretty nice, it’s clear they are housing homeless people. These people are slobs and they have no regard for the property, I feel bad for the shorthanded staff they have. We briefly went to the breakfast that was included, regardless of having showers in their rooms, most of them were a mess. We paid 220 bucks to stay at a homeless shelter.
