The room was not the cleanest.. it smelled funny in the hotel. There was a part of the ceiling in the bathroom right above the shower /tub also a old jar of baby food behind our bed with maggots on it. Smh.

This place should be torn down! It stinks, nothing works, and it looks like a construction site. After we checked in, got into room, we immediately called another hotel and left. Seriously, this place is terrible.

Dogs banking in rooms on both sides of us ...maintenance never came to fix shower even though we told them night 1 it was broken the floors in room were dirty the baseboards in room and bathroom were horrible nasty ...no room services (cleaning) for the whole time we were there...when we needed something and called the front desk it took so long we had to go down and get it ourselves to make them do anything just don't stay here!!!!

Experience was ok due to the situation of Huracán Milton, however, check in was excellent, person at check in and out was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, hotel is ok but not the best.

Ac didn’t work properly, stains on the bed, sticky floors, someone else’s hair in the bathroom. Spoke with the front desk and they couldn’t care less. The room was hit and muggy. I was told that AC doesn’t run all the time. Stay away
