The receptionist seemed bored and like she didn’t know what she was doing. Coffee was cold when they first started serving and there was no waffle mixture in machine. Trash cans were overflowing and when staff did come in which was only once they did. It empty them.

Dog poop in the elevator and the pool was closed by the health dept. We won’t be back.

Staff was friendly. Definitely older property and needs some updating. The first room they gave us already had people staying in it. Staff had to come to our room to get the tv working. Our door didn’t work properly. Overall it was ok for a one night stay but would not want to stay for more than that. Breakfast was fine.

We booked this room through Expedia and when we arrived were told they had no rooms available. After waiting for a manager we were told they had one room but it smelled very strongly. They asked if we wanted to smell it for ourselves and it was so late and we were so tired that we did and it seemed fine but sort of like new plastic. The bathroom was covered in black mold that had been painted over. The lights flickered on and off and we got ready the next morning in the dark. Terrible experience all around. The photos look nothing like it looks in real life.

Place was in the condition of a Motel 8. The hot tub that is pictured is not there, the hole is filled in and cemented over. The beds are soft and wrinkly. Breakfast area was great, eggs and sausage were good. The juice machine was in bad condition, the ice machine was broke, it looked like they had somebody fixing it. I left this hotel and went to the best western sure stay down the road. It was cheaper and way nicer.
