Waiting on a refund for our 2nd night as we had to leave. Once that is received, I’ll resubmit this review! Short stay was all around Good!

Thr hotel stay was wonderful. However, when we got to.our room there was a crack in the sink (which they arw trying to make me pay 150.00 for damage to the sink. And the housekeeping staff did not check the mini-fridge because i gad to throw away someone else's left over food.

Nice, and friendly staff Easy check in, good price. Hot hot tub, warm pool, exact amount of towels put out for us after swimming, decent, expected breakfast. Someone always cleaning common areas, even fixing the runner in the hallway to avoid trips. Overall is a great value for the price. Always will travel for a little get away to see the family.

Needed a place to stay for the night and figured the $150 range would be ok, not great but ok and even with my low expectations I was surprised at how shabby this place was. The staff was nice and did allow me extra time to check out but the bed sheets and blankets were torn, stains on the wall, dirty fridge, dirty bathroom, clogged toilet, mold on chair and hallway carpets.

Please do not stay at this Marshalll’s Quality Inn. The place was not suited for customers stay. The room was not cleaned properly, dirty linen, towels, the carpet was filthy and full of spots. The walls was full of cobwebs, the beds, did not have fresh linen, and spots on them. The entrance to the hotel was not clean, several parts of the wall paper was off the walls, and just left hanging on the wall. No elevator for second floor guest. We had to check out of the hotel, did not feel comfortable at all. Plus an additional $75 charge to get a better suited room. Still the same insanity as above. I strongly would not recommend staying at this location.

Woodwork carpet and furniture all need updating. Tired and worn. I realize inflation has touched every part of the consumers market but for the prices being charged the value is not there. Maintenance and replacement of worn and damaged items like lamps, carpet and trim must take place.

It was a roof over our head and bed to sleep in. Card keys had to be inserted multiple times to unlock. That was for the room door and outside doors for guests in the back. Shower rod had been mounted to wall multiple times and drooped bad enough the curtain wanted to not go shower wall to wall and water would end on floor. Some breakfast items, ie biscuits and gravy were cold and needed microwaved in the morning. The public hot tub was really nice and clean . Aside from a few things lacking proper fixing, it was clean and not in a bad part of town.
