I loved the breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The facility was very clean. And I was close to downtown. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I will stay there again.

Arrived. Older lady with a raspy voice was at front. Took about 15 to 20 minutes in line to check in. Said computer was down. Surely a reputable place would have a backup plan? Room was average. Nothing to write home about. Breakfast was free but eggs and sausage were pretty gross and I’ll eat anything that isn’t moving. When we first parked near front door handicap spot, group of teens smoking weed on the bench there. Felt a little dicey. Next day came and went 3 times and every single time was a ghetto looking lady in the van next to us in another handicap spot hotboxing (smoking weed). Was she there all day? Lolol I wouldn’t choose here again….. but then again, after driving around KC for the first (and last time) I won’t need to choose.

Clean a little older with a little wear and tear, room was very clean, quiet, nice neighborhood. Would recommend it for sure.

The front desk staff is not very friendly to customers. I spoke to a lady on the phone to ask about the late check-in and she had a harsh attitude and basically told me I could check it online because she didn't have time to explain.
