Easy check in. Clean room. The lady running the breakfast did a great job and the food was good.

Morning, breakfast was excellent

This was my first time in KC and I was visiting Worlds of Fun which was so close to the hotel, which was very convenient, especially due to the immense heat I could return back to the hotel to cool off. I checked in after 9pm, I waited a couple of minutes for front desk agent to return to the desk, the lady was very friendly, told me about the amenities, and asked if she could call to check in as it was getting late. I had room 330, which was by the back stairs, which I used more than elevator due to parking being closer to this end, instead of the entrance, and there is only 1 elevator. My room had an odor though, a musky humid scent, that lingered for my 2 night stay, and while I adjusted to it, that was a bit gross. When she called, I mentioned the odor, and how two lights were not working (above door went out minutes after arrival and one on side of bed was out), and she didn't offer to change my room, just said enjoy your stay. Otherwise, the room was fairly clean (found a couple hairs on sheet), fridge worked well, great AC, excellent water pressure in shower, and the room was spacious (King Suite). The shower had very hot water but sink was only cold water. The connecting room door was UNLOCKED and I am glad I checked it soon after arriving! That should always be locked each turn over... Breakfast had plentiful options, eggs and sausage weren't great, but I LOVED the fresh fruit cups with blueberries, melons, and grapes! If room didn't smell I'd rate it a 5/5.

Not bad at all

We had to to get the internet working for tv twice, they didn’t clean the room, make our beds, empty the garbage or replace bathroom towels during our stay.

First, arrive and no one is at the desk. Okay I get it, she needed to see if rooms were ready, but there is no buzzer. The couple ahead of me had a post op man who needed rest, not to be kept waiting. Then, we check in and no one tells us we have to request to even have our trash cans in our room emptied, let alone get fresh towels. We were traveling with grandchildren and thus, yes we needed fresh each day. After the first day we went to front desk to let them know our room had not been cleaned and they still did not bother telling us there was a card in the room we needed to fill out and hang on the door. The breakfast and swimming pool were the only things that sort of saved the trip. They need to fix these issues. This is one comfort Inn I will not stay in again.

First time staying there,first room carpet was wet,apparently we had room next to laundry for hotel,luckily they moved us to another room,staff was helpful

Nosotros estuvimos 3 noches y solo el siguiente día limpiaron el cuarto y después nadie llegó, no arreglaron nada no sacaron la basura, teníamos que andar pidiendo toallas limpias papel de baño, en fin todo sucio! Y no fue hasta el segundo día que nos dimos cuenta que la puerta del cuarto no cerraba pues no a cambiaron de cuarto! Todo un desastre mover todo! No vale la pena este hotel y aparte super caro por el mundial ! Más de $400 por noche !

Breakfast was good, but pretty dirty , carpets are smelly and dark. Our bathroom had a yellow ring all around the floor, it’s just ok
