The room was very clean and generously sized (king size bed) with enough parking. The staff were all very courteous although one of them had shared incorrect information about the breakfast ending time with multiple people. I was there for a festival so a busier time and the room and service received met my needs and the price was better than every other site in the local area.

We have been using the property for a few yrs now. On this 5 day stay thing started of good as usual on our last night someone thought it was a great idea to open the meeting room at 8pm at night for a gathering, party ! The meeting room is right next to regular rooms, places were people come to sleep. Called the front desk. No answer so went to desk. Night person was outside. She came in I asked what genius booked that right next to an occupied room. Person was rude and said not me and blew me of. At 11:45pm the gathering was still going on. Called and got someone else would said they would take care of it. Took another 1/2 hr before it was over. In am told the morning person and they blew it off Needless to say we are done staying there.

Very helpful reception staff; answered any questions I had during check in. Rooms were clean; housecleaning staff came by each day to inquire about cleaning/exchanging towels. Would certainly stay there again.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. I love that eggs and sausages or sometimes bacon was served in the morning. Also there is a Giant Eagle around the corner in walking distance. I was able to buy drinks for my mini fridge and snacks.

I don't use everything that is available. My good experience with staff and amenities is what keeps me coming back when I am in the area.

Rooms seem updated and we’re very quiet, even with the hotel being full. Standard breakfast but plenty and quite good.

The hotel staff are really nice and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Just be aware that there is no elevator in this hotel. Even half of the downstairs rooms have a small flight of stairs you need to go up. If you have mobility issues, this might be a challenge. I had torn my meniscus a couple years ago, and even after surgery, it’s still gets some twinges. It didn’t feel great after lugging my suitcases up a flight of stairs. I actually stayed here two times the same week. I was there for one night for an event the next day, then came back a couple days later for a weekend event. The first night I was there, there were the loudest stompers and talkers above my head. I had to call the front desk twice (once at 11:00pm and once at 1:00am). The second time they physically went up to the room to tell them they had to quiet down, and I was FINALLY able to sleep. When I came back for the weekend, I opted for a second floor room despite the stairs just to avoid having another stomper above my head. It’s an older hotel, so the walls (and floors) just aren’t that soundproof. That said, it’s a nice hotel. If you’re traveling with a dog, they have a nice green space behind the hotel for them to go potty. Breakfast was good with good coffee. I enjoyed my stay here, all things considered.
