We have stayed here several times and the employees have always gone out of their way to care for us. Such as moving us away from very loud unruly people. Last night our air conditioner was loud it never shut off as they usually do. It was unpleasant. But I was too tired to ask to be moved to another room and I know they would have done that.

I didn't realize that Double Beds meant full size... ended up having to get an additional room to be comfortable, but the staff was very accommodating.

When pulling up to the facility it appears that it is not a well kept facility, however once entering it looks well kept and clean. Our room was nice for an overnight stay. The only negatives were it looked like they forgot to sweep the tile and while showering in the evening the water went cold almost like more than one person at a time in the building couldn’t shower. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful. For the most part it was a nice place to stay.

There was a very strong air freshener smell when entering the building as well as in the room. The floor in the lobby and in the bathroom in the room was very sticky. Your shoes stuck when you walked. There was no hot water in the morning to take a shower on the days we were there. There was hot water in the afternoon. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. We would not choose this location again due to the strong odor of air freshener. It was nauseating. And not having hot water available at the customers need was not acceptable. There was no one ever available at the front desk to talk this over with.

Room was nice. Only thing was the heat was off in the room and it took awhile to warm it up as it was 20 degrees outside.
