Had a very nice stay! The room/bathroom were very clean and staff very friendly. I would stay again and recommend this hotel to my friends when traveling in the area.

The room has a heavy smoke smell and was filthy. I didn't stay the night and the manager agreed to reimburse Hotels.com and I would get the room reimbursement once that was reviewed. Please call me @ 508-965-5243 to discuss

The staff was awesome. However, our room smelled like a damp basement. The hallways were filthy. Breakfast area was nice but small. People were on top of one another trying to get breakfast. I will not stay there again.

The reservation for an accessible room with a walk in shower was not carried out, Our room had a tub. The room was minimally equipped for a very high price of over $200 for the area.
The room next door had guests paying very loud music. The were shouting and banging walls until the middle of the night. There was no intervention by staff. Police had to be called when we were checking in to quell a dangerous situation with another guest.
Breakfast was poor.
We learned that the Quality Inn was missing an important element ---Quality.
We stay in hotels all over the world. Never again will it be a Choice Inc. Hotel.

Staff was friendly. We loved the front desk employee that checked us in. He was friendly, personable, and humorous. Excellent hospitality. I was very happy with the location and proximity to state parks. The building is a little outdated but not a concern.
