Very good recently refurbished hotel. Everything convenient and handy. Very friendly helpful receptionist. Breakfast was available.
Moving across country.
We are moving across country and our next trip will involve a U Haul and small dogs. The front desk was very helpful, telling us what we should do for our next trip. The room was nice and clean. The only downside was no elevator and due to the cold weather we had to unload so that was hard but ok. Breakfast was good. We will stay there again.
Over charged us.
We were over charged, tried to talk with manager who was supposed to be in the next morning. Next morning I was the told she would be in later, like we were being avoided. We always stay there on our travels, but after being over charged,we will find another hotel. Unhappy customer.

I booked for two beds but was told it was not available once I checked in. Was given a “queen suite.” It’s a room with a double bed (not queen) and a pull up couch instead.
Bathroom sink wasn’t that clean either. Found an old used wash cloth in the shower.

This hotel was not safe and the drains did not drain did not sleep well with location ...woke up to police in tha hallway and a person had been found deceased in a room down the hall very traumatizing for me and my family especially an 11 yr old and the mgr would not give us any info on what was going on so packed up and left immediately ..worst experience ever ...mgr never said sorry for incovience for your experience or anything ...like nothing ever happened ...breakfast was awful as well

Place was adequate for a night while travelling but nothing exceptional. Our unit had stained carpeting (had to make sure we weren't charged for our dog and the deposit). Place is out of the way east of Albuquerque.
