It doesn't look like much from the outside because the landscape is overgrown and full of weeds. They really need to address this issue. However, the inside is modern, clean and smells like they use deodorizer and sterilizing cleaners. There really is not many room amenities to speak of, but what they do supply will do. It's a good value for the money and the desk clerks, breakfast attendant and housekeeping people are all super nice and friendly!

Easy check in process, clean and spacious room, great water pressure, could have had better pillows, and the A/C unit is a little confusing to understand but it works great once set. Fridge kept food and drinks cold and even refrozen ice packs in the top. Overall great stay!

This is a really old property that is in need of some renovation. Lobby is nice but rooms are awful. My daughter's first room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room smelled awful also but not of cigarette smoke. Wall paper is starting to peel off bottom edges of walls. Possible mildew. If you just want a place to sleep for the night then bearable but I wouldn't plan on staying longer.

Wasn’t the best stay but want the worst either. Room had like a cat pee smell to it covered up by air freshener. We were missing our shower curtain and had a dirty sheet on one of our beds. The front desk staff was friendly and apologetic to the issues we ran into but we left a day early due to all the issues and probably won’t be back to this hotel.

The first room we were put in was stinky, stains everywhere--on the floor, on the cloth covered bench, the bedspreads, the bedsheets. Horrible. We asked to change rooms, and it was better in the bedroom, but the bathroom was semi dirty. We survived the night, but will NEVER stay here again.

I'm local to this hotel, so when my AC unit went out last week during the heat wave, I decided to check in to this hotel. I have used it in the past and recommended to friends and family when they visited the area. Upon check in I was informed that I would need a $250.00 deposit instead of the normal $100.00. Why? Because I'm local! Yes, because I'm local. When asked why, was never given an answer. I will not be staying here again, nor will I recommend it to my friends and family when they visit. It is a poorly maintained hotel. I believe house keeping is doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Bye bye.

A clean, nice place to stay with helpful staff, good breakfast (sausage and eggs, etc.). Air conditioning was moderate; it was off when we got there. Turned it on, went to dinner, and it was beginning to cool upon return. Didn't get really cool until midnight.
