For the price we paid I thought the hotel would be a a lot nicer. We stayed at a Comfort Inn in Orem Utah and it was a nice place so we thought we were getting the same quality. Don’t believe we will stay here again.

I will never use Expedia again. Expedia is a rip off. They booked my room on the wrong date and the wrong city. And said council it and redo. I canceled it and they locked me out of their system and charged me twice. You cannot get in touch with no one because they won’t give you customer service number. They will take a report and then turn around and say we will get back with you once my supervisor go over the report. And they will try to offer you 10% off the next trip after you lost 200% of your money. Expedia is a scam. please be careful when using their app. Take a look at other options. No one has gotten in contact with me yet. I am out of $242 because of their mistake.

Loved this stay and will remember the Far West Utah as a great place to rest our weary heads. Parking was ample and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Lobby and room was clean and lovely. Wow, the bed was wonderful and just right. Best night sleep I had in 45 days of continuous travel.

Pool and hot tub closed hour earlier than website stated. They started pulling food before breakfast was even over. All kinds of homemade signs up threatening fees for things like food in the pool are ($200), etc. Wouldn’t stay there again.

It got two stars because the air conditioner works. Shower was dirty and didn’t drain. Sink would not drain. Old and dirty. Parking lot is bad. Pool was dirty. Lessons learned.

Selected this hotel because of the spa. It was out of order. Rented an overpriced room with a sleeper sofa which had no bedding, had to go get it from the front desk. Easy on/off the freeway. Great Mexican restaurant nearby (as well as many fast food options).
