Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great.

Our room was gross and dirty! Ugly wad of black long hair left on the shower wall, burgers on one of the hand towels and faucet handle was broken and we were accused of breaking it… once we reported these things the desk clerk asked my wife what she wanted him to do? Said we should have reported our problems sooner. Well we got yo the hotel checked in and left right away for a wedding rehearsal dinner and didn’t discover our problems until we returned late and reported them once we returned and clerk ask us to list problems and someone would check in with us. Next morning (Saturday) clerk on duty had the list but said manager was not onsite and would let them know. Reported it again and was told manager was not onsite on weekends. My wife called Monday and reported the problems again and was told manager would call her. Returned home toe California and wife called again and spoke to the manager and said she knew for a fact our room was clean before we checked in and blamed us for breaking the faucet. She was rude to my wife and said she was lying. We will NEVER stay there again, only reason we didn’t leave was because it was the closest hotel to our families home in Ogden. Experience was horrible!

Staff was rude when asked why I was charged 3 different times for my hotel incidental fee! I was charged a fee for every night I stayed.. $50 Per night extra for incidental. I asked why he stated it was standard and walked away

Pool and hot tube felt unclean, murky water and film on top of the water. Breakfast was served via microwave potatoes. Room was clean. $180 extra charge after checkout, staff says no record. Beware.

Breakfast good. Paint peeling in room. Floor of bathtub ugly. Shower heads need replacing, or good soak in white vinegar to clear out streams.

This hotel was way too much money for how nice it was. We were very disappointed ☹️

It is nothing to do in the area! And we got a lot of weird stares from people since we was the little few black people there

Bathroom had hair all over everywhere. Ice bucket I had to clean before putting ice in it. The front desk man just kept talking down to me. Told me my deposit I might not get back when they clean my room and say I was smoking in there. I don’t smoke I quit 12 years ago. When I asked for clean towels I was told to go find the cleaning lady. I couldn’t even get toilet paper from him. I asked for towels for the pool area I was told that the towels stay in there and don’t take them out of the pool room. There was no towels in there. And I wasn’t allowed to take a towel from my room in the pool area. I will not book another room with that hotel again. Also sheets on the bed had black spots all over it. Also the breakfast was not good both days the potatoes was hard you couldn’t chew them.
