The air conditioner was terrible, we ended up having to buy our own fan. It was dirty, air conditioning units piled up outside our room. Very muggy inside the building.

Rooms were fine, AC was a bit noisy. Breakfast was OK, comparable to or better than other motels in price range. Staff should be more helpful / honest - while checking in, my wife asked if there was a restroom that she could use, the lady checking us in replied that she could use the one in our room after we were checked in, the next morning at breakfast we noticed people using restrooms just around the corner from the front desk. Also, we made our (non-refundable) reservation and paid through Expedia, at check-in we were told that there was an additional fee that was not included in that payment and made to pay before we were given the key.

The room was clean but that was after we had to go back to the front desk to get another room because the room they gave us still had unmade beds. Doors did not close behind you properly and there was a gap around the door that you could see during the night as well as loud road noise from the highway. The description may have said full beds but I missed that and so with 4 of us staying in 2 full beds it wasn’t comfortable. We all had a terrible night sleep which was not conducive to our long travels ahead. From the exterior I wish I would have made my reservation at the Baymont suites right behind this hotel or found an AirBNB. Do not recommend.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Upon arrival the lady at the reception claimed I booked a smoker room and the charged me $20 extra for a non smoker, funny enough there was a person smoking cigarettes all night in front of our room and we had to deal with second hand smoking. Air condition smelled horrible and everything was filthy. Would NEVER stay again
