Shower head dropped water, floor was stained everywhere, front desk lady was the rudest woman I have ever dealt with. Bed was ok great location close to all shopping and dining

We asked for towels for the pool area. They were all dirty and all over the place. They said they didnt have any. We proceeded to soak in the hot tub when it was scolding hot. Another lady talked to the front desk to turn down the heat of the hot tub. The receptionist said it was 108 degrees and they have no way of turning it down or put no effort in making their guests comfortable. The floors were ripped up and disgusting. They did not accommodate or care about their people. I am never going back.
