Excellent

The rooms are very clean but the upkeep of the room I was in was not so well done. The bathrooms caulking was messy, like a kid did it. The Toilet was/is small. So close to the ground, I felt like I was going to fall, just to sit on it. No vent, or the switch was not working , not good, no one wants the smell. In our room, there was 2 Queen size beds. To be perfectly honest, they weren't very comfortable at all. They seem like they have been there for quite a while. Don't get me wrong. They were clean, very clean.In fact. But just not comfortable at all. Other than that, everything else was fine. The staff, the people there, the workers there.Everything else was great.

The room was nice but the bathroom gave me a dirty feeling. It might be because the tub was discolored where a bath mat was supposed to be. The breakfast was good except for the watery fake eggs.

Wall paper was peeling in a few spots and dirty looking. Exterior hall carpets were very gross and dirty. Elevator very small and slow. Pool heater was out. Pillows were lumpy and the room smelled like dog snarf, which was disgusting and we had to air the room out by opening the sliding glass door. There were no screens so a bird almost flew in. The pull out bed was not useable. There was no cushion at all, it basically would have been like sleeping on saggy hard squeaky metal springs. Opted for sleeping on couch, which would not be bad if you were a small child. They served bacon strings instead of bacon slices and salty powdered eggs. I have never seen bacon so skinny and thin it looked like string beans. The staff member I checked in with was not very warm and fuzzy but not also rude, just grumpy. The door keys, the door keys, you get a very stern lecture about how easily they demagnetize, not to put them next to your keys, or your phone, or your credit cards. Must be true, because some poor sods had just checked in and his card was already not working. We religiously followed sternly given instructions, keeping key cards in pockets away from purses, wallets, debit cards, and our phones and did fine. I would not recommend or return to this establishment. The last comfort Inn I stayed in was nice but not this one. The only saving grace was the bathroom appeared clean and was stocked and the sheet appeared clean.

Nice clean place, friendly staff. Easy parking. Nice hot tub and heated pool.

Everything is pretty good I like it

Room was clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast included had lots of choices. They also served delicious chili with toppings every evening. Parking was adequate. Pet area not maintained very well, but park nearby and walking paths. Quiet and close to dining and beach.

I sprained my ankle on the uneven ground around the pool that was not easy to see as lighting in the pool was dark as well as the floor was incredibly slippery. Ended up sliding on the ground 10 feet like a an otter and felt thoroughly embarrassed sore . There was no grip tape or anything on the floor to indicate the ledge that was there nor any watch your step sign. I suggest you should make the ledge around the pool, more noticeable for future patrons and add some grip tape on the major pathways of the pool to avoid slip and falls. The front desk girl Sierra McNair was an absolute sweetheart, and very helpful. You guys should give her a raise because she was amazing.
