Clean and comfortable room, air conditioner worked well! Convenient location. Breakfast is as advertised. Would stay again if traveling thru TorC.

They need some quality control with their cleaning the refrigerator was left full of food and drinks. They also need to find more than one person that can take care of the breakfast there that way they don't have to just close breakfast because the one person didn't show up

Breakfast was not really from 6-9, got there around 8:40, and all that was left were creamer’s and like 3/4 cup of coffee.

Very nice hotel and staff. Safe, walkable area and good restaurant across the street for dinner. Had a small gym with some weights and treadmills that was good for light workout. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Unfortunately breakfast was a bust. The juice machine was broken and the waffle maker was on the fritz. The staff was aware and trying to get them fixed.

It was very convenient for our needs. However, we had kids with us, the juice machine , in the breakfast area, was out of order. Also, the ice machine on our floor, out of order. The soda machine only took exact change, no cards. They need to keep up on these things, as little kids don’t drink coffee and we don’t usually carry cash, so nothing for them to drink!

The staff was fine except it was understaffed and everyone was working overtime to keep up. Because of that the guests with dogs where not controlled and some where loud and roaming the property. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, great beds.
