Excellent hotel!
We love this hotel.. courteous staff, great area to walk my dog, they accept pets, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast very good!

Housekeeping was great. I spoke to Tara and I left my charger in the room. I left a message and she called back and said she would mail it to me right away. Tara was super professional and I would ask that you recognize her for providing excellent customer service!
Comfortable enough for a weekend stay.
The hotel is older but it wasn't the worst. The first day we got there the room seemed okay but the toilet had a little surprise waiting and with us being germaphobes we couldn't stay in that room but the manager was very understanding and gave us a new room.

There were several lights in the room that did not work or had burned out light bulbs. The shower curtain was too short and water went all over the floor every shower.
The staff were great at the front desk and in the breakfast area.

Have stayed here a few times. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are always very clean. Beds are good. A little hard for me but not bad. Has a full breakfast which is good enough. Great location for shopping. Lots of restaurants close. I have always got a good price when booking. Have nothing bad to say.
