Loved the room, shower and bed. Man at the front desk was excellent.

I don't possess a PhD so after 20 minutes of trying to determine the guide and how the TV system, I simply gave up in frustration. Your complimentary mints at front counter is there some secret how to open the small packs and actually ENJOY them? Breakfast was nicely arranged. Desk attendant mid afternoon was very engaging and personable. (Maybe he could work on your Direct TV system? Upgrades the last several years have really improved the presence of this property.

The staff treated me with the most disrespect gave me a hard time about cleaning towels would not give me a plastic fork after breakfast. I would never recommend this hotel. We have a business where we spend a lot of money on hotels. We chose this one because it was the closest to our site for work, but I will never go back. We will go back to using the Hampton In.
