We’re given a dirty room first. Then moved to new room with broken glass on window. Hallways smell like mold. Ice machine and vending machines on hall were out of order.

Room could’ve been cleaner, particularly the tile floor in the bathroom/entryway. Hot tub could’ve been warmer. Overall 9/10
