We stayed at the Pottstown PA facility for two nights and had a great time. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our friends around the fire pit instead. All was good.

Wheelchair acessible bathroom great - but beds were too low, hard for a wheelchair user to get in or out by themselves, at least I did and I'm pretty good at transfering - Able bodied people in my party - definely felt they were too low in the wheel chair acessible room.
But staff was nicve - he told me others had remarked that the beds were too low also.

Our recent stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
