My room was FILTHY. Toothpaste on the mirror from previous guest. Nose hair or beared hair all over the sink in the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the TV area and just awful; I had to go to the store to buy cleaning products to clean the room before staying there. The only thing good was the woman in the breakfast area doing the food. The food was not good but she was lovely and accommodating. For this type of chain clean it up. WON'T stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 3 or so years as our daughter lives near by. The housekeeping has gone WAY down hill recently. Our last stay last night we had hair (definitely not ours) EVERYWHERE! In the beds, bathroom, was questionable if the room had been cleaned at all other than the beds being “made” (not necessarily changed). My husband and I are not picky or fussy but I will question spending $185 a night for this going forward. Especially since there is another very nice hotel within walking distance.
