Last minute reservation but room was clean and breakfast was good. Recommended to friends.

Everything was excellent except wifi. The wifi stopped working in the morning. There is no cell phone signal in town for Tmobile costumers so the only way to communicate was by connecting wifi.

Front desk on duty was unprofessional. We asked for a different room because our heater was exceptionally loud and was told they didn’t have one, which was a lie. Eventually they offered us the best room king suite at no extra cost which we thought was incredibly gracious. Then we were contacted later in the day that it wasn’t available, that they did have another king standard available to pick our keys up at the desk. We had no choice. So we took the room and was told if we didn’t we’d have to pay an inconvenience fee of an extra day. This room was fine except that the heater was loud coming on and off startling us both in the middle of the night. Had the front desk girl kept her promise we wouldn’t be giving this poor review. It’s disappointing that she felt the need to lie about the rooms as well.

The room was nice and big and the breakfast was way better than we expected. However, the staff weren’t very friendly and quite rude when we were checking-in.

It was okay, not great for the amount we paid.

Mattress wasn't great. My showers were just luke warm water. The pool area was closed. We like to enjoy the hot tub after hiking so that was disappointing.

Just terrible. Confused staff on the front desk, tired and dirty rooms (multiple hairs found in bedding and sticky carpets) and a sink that didn’t drain. Checked in - had pizza across the road at Pizza Factory (the one highlight) and checked straight back out. Could not spend the night here given the condition.

The place is a bit run down. No food options other than run down vending machines. Getting the room cleaned was difficult, not elevator to second floor so be aware you will need to bring all your stuff up stairs. Very remote area, not much going on if you don't plan on visiting Sequoia.
