For the location and price you really can’t beat it. Me and my 11 year old daughter stayed there and we were more than happy with the experience. The breakfast is really good too and has more than I thought it would! Definitely will be back to stay again!

Easy walk to Carowinds. Breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast. Pool was clean. Room was clean.
My only complaint is that I had paid in full upfront on the website but at check-in they asked me to scan my card and they were charging me $270 I asked what is this? They said what I paid was only to hold the room. I showed receipt and conformation number and insisted that I have already paid and after a few minutes they said I don’t owe anything. It could have been an honest mistake but it seemed fishy.

I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Suites Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The only issue was that I was charged an additional service tax at check-in/check-out, which I was not expecting since my reservation had already been prepaid. This charge was not clearly mentioned during the booking process. Better transparency regarding any additional fees would improve the guest experience.
Overall, it was a good stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Great spot to stay in on the budget. Very neat and clean although the room had a very dated look. In my room, the microwave looked like something exploded in it and they couldn’t clean it out and the bathroom needed a bit of updating. But overall, the stay was very comfortable. The lights need to be replaced as one of the lamps didn’t work at all. The bed on the other hand was extremely comfortable pillows, very comfortable so I was able to get good sleep. The hotel‘s location was excellent. It’s in the middle of everything and directly walking distance across from Carowinds amusement park.
