Great location and price for a family going to Carowinds. Don’t stay on pool side. Loud, obnoxious, music playing brought by patrons. Loved the view of the coasters! Great shower! Comfy bed. Good temperature control. Quiet. Everything you could need for breakfast. Better than expected. I did ask for housekeeping one of the days and they didn’t take the dirty towels, or make the beds, or refill the toiletries or coffee/tea cups. They only cleaned the bathroom. For the price, it was about what I guess I should have expected. Some front desk employees were nice but some ignored us as we walked in and out. Most hotels, you get greeted warmly. Overall, a fine place to get a good night’s sleep to get up and go ride the Fury all day.

The hotel room was clean. Our TV didn’t work and they replaced it immediately. Staff were nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The bathroom ceilings and some of the walls had mold and looked like they have been patched over several times from previous leaks. My son and I have both noticed effects from the 2 night stay.

I've stayed at this hotel on two other occasions. It's beginning to show its age, however, its still a great place to stay if you want to go to Carowinds the next day or whenever. The room was nice and clean and the staff were nice and helpful.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly however the toilet did not flush properly. The bathroom was very small and the room had a horrible smell

The bathroom was not the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The fire alarm went off during the night and we had to evacuate the building. No compensation or apologies were offered for that. The front desk staff was okay, but not incredibly friendly, could be more kind.
