The pool was out of order, everything including the AC in the fitness center was dysfunctional.
Our bath towels, while having clearly been washed, had permanent stains on them. There was also no elevator to use for upper floors.
There was a lot of shady activity going on n the parking lot and open drug use. Not a family friendly environment though the hotel did have security on site.
Breakfast was simple but adequate and the coffee was better than average for a hotel.

This is a welfare housing hotel. It was dirty and poorly maintained. The parking lot did not seem like a safe place to leave a car packed for vacation. The neighborhood wasn’t great either.

Hallway, carpet throughout building, tub, all need to be upgraded. Hallway appearance looked bad and carpet smelled bad. Tub in my room needs to be replaced. It had been painted over many times. Toilet out dated and would barely flush. Breakfast was minimal. Had to keep asking for staff to replenish the food.

The hotel is old and well maintenance. It’s outdated and doesn’t have a pleasant smell. There seems to be people living at the hotel with many people going in and out. I did not feel safe.

One step up from being a homeless shelter, police needs to be upgraded, dirty carpeting, tall bars in the towel bars in the bathroom. Breakfast offering was very poor.
