It was a good stay. The beds were comfy. Even if we got in late and checked out early I enjoyed out stay.

My brother and I always stay here when we come to Syracuse to visit family. We like the rooms which are clean and comfortable and the friendliness of staff and the breakfast buffet.

I would 95% come back.

We have found we can always depend on the consistently high quality of Comfort Inns. That includes the friendliness of the people at the front desk and their interest in giving us the best price for our stay, cleanliness of the facility and a healthy breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. As soon as we checked in, we noticed that the bed linens were dirty. The room and other areas appeared dusty, the carpet was not clean, the Tv I was able to wrote my name on the TV screen, And the shower was extremely dirty. The overall cleanliness of the room did not meet basic expectations. I contacted the front desk and requested a linen change. However, I was informed that housekeeping staff stopped working at 4:00 PM. They offered to provide clean linens, but told me that I would need to change them myself. I understand that staffing limitations can happen, but guests should not be expected to replace their own bedding, especially when the room was not properly cleaned before check-in. The lack of cleanliness and customer service made our stay very uncomfortable. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
