I had to be in Denver central the next morning and so I decided to stay at this hotel the night before. It was convenient and not too pricy. But a little confusing to get to the location.

Building is in poor state.
Room had a fist sized hole in wall,paint spills throughout room. Slider door wouldn’t close all the way, small creature scurried out doorway bug like about large cockroach sized.
Ac filter was filthy covered in black grime.
Bathtub overflows and had many long hairs throughout, individual one time use shampoo bottles were clearly half used, toilet had poo stains.
Bed had scabs or boogers on it, unsure which.
Complained to the corporate hq and they signed me up for their rewards without asking and blew me off for a refund.
Expedia paid for the refund themselves as comfort inn refused refund.
Absolutely filthy location.

Housekeeping left food in the fridge. And if pool is closed that should be mentioned when booking —updated on websites.

Breakfast was as good as powdered scrambled eggs get. Hallways smell of weed...it's Denver. The smoke alarm outside my door was low-battery chirping all afternoon and all night. Reorted to the desk, but not fixed.
