We were greeted warmly and checked in promptly when we arrived just after midnight. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the lobby was bountiful and the area clean.
The gentleman at the desk at check out was friendly - you could hear him across the lobby speaking kindly to both guests and fellow employees.

After checking into the hotel and going to my room, I noticed that there was no desk chair. I informed the front desk, and the staff member brought a chair from another room, which I appreciated.
However, the room had a significant number of flying bugs. I reported the issue and requested a room change if possible. The staff told me that no other rooms were available and that they would clean the room instead.
When I returned later that evening, the same bugs were still in the room. Unfortunately, this made my stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. The lack of proper pest control and the inability to provide a clean room resulted in a very poor experience overall
