There was no working elevator. I am nearly 75 years old and had to carry all my luggage up three flights of stairs. We were there for 6 days and had to walk up and down the stairs every time we left the room. The breakfast was okay. The location near a metro was good. It was very noisy outside our room well past midnight.

Check-in was easy and staff was friendly and efficient (Shante). I appreciated the directions to our room. Pretty good value for the price. Quiet room,comfortable bed, decent breakfast.
Negatives: lots of litter on the property, especially on the grounds of the back side of the motel. Fan in the room would not shut off.

I assumed the television would work. I called the front desk 4 times, finally around midnight someone came and hit some buttons on the tv, it came on and he tossed the remote on the bed and walked out. The television stopped working immediately. It was very apparent, they knew this television was not working properly when they assigned me the room. I guess i should not make an assumption the a listed amenity would be in working order
