It's a basic hotel with basic amenities. Good for overnighters.

Reservation was for handicapped room was not.

This place, in my opinion, is a DUMP! I went with my daughters this past weekend for dance competition. The dust/smudges/dirt on the surfaces, in the shower, hair in the bathroom sink, carpet felt "moist." The noise from the floor above was ridiculous. We could hear EVERY step taken. There was a wad of gum stuck on the nightstand; clear indication that there is NO cleaning being done at this location! The dust on the lampshade was so THICK!! The breakfast options, though "free," were still mediocre. The place looks like it's stuck in the 70's/80's. After expressing my issues with the woman at the front desk, she wasn't accommodating, She didn't offer any possible solutions and REFUSED to work with me. Told me if I checked out I'd simply lose my money that I'd paid for the room. Expedia contacted the property to try to come to a resolution and the desk clerk still REFUSED to refund my money (like it was HER money,) but expedia worked with me, got my onekey cash account loaded and my family and I were able to move to a more modern, clean facility, with NO issues. THANKS EXPEDIA for your excellent customer service!

Staff was wonderful

Torn mattress, breakfast made of cheap ingredients, and the waffles leave a bitter aftertaste.

Good place to stay, but somewhat noisy ( thin walls) & older decor. In other words, it should have cost less!

Air conditioning was very loud. There was lot of walking from upstair room in the midnight and lot of creaking noise. Could not sleep at all. Hotel looked very old and outdated.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the cinnamon roll waffles! Rooms are spacious.

Unclean

The pool was warm and clean! Breakfast was hot and filling. As others have mentioned, the room above us was very loud…whoever was up there was walking around all night long. If you’re a light sleeper, I would request a top floor room!
