I always enjoy staying in this particular hotel.
Comfortable bed in a clean, well appointed room. Lovely, accommodating employees. Cookies and popcorn at check-in. What's not to love!
Bay City Stay.
The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was o.k. The waffle maker didn't cook the waffle all the way through and the eggs and sausage were cold.

My stay at the Comfort Suite Hotel was by far the best hotel that I’ve stayed in while visiting Bay City. From the front desk to the rooms, amenities down to the breakfast was fantastic. Definitely my choice for all my hotel stays in Bay City going forward.

This property was the worst. They gave away the room that I had initially booked and gave me another room that was awful. The room smelled of mold. Air conditioning didn’t work properly and the pullout bed was very moldy. Front office was notified but did nothing about it said they were totally booked and had no additional rooms

Whay to small. Bed bugs. Dirty in the mattress and rusty my stay was for 2 adults and three kids and they still won't repay extra for my three kids. Rip off I didn't even last 10 minutes they're I had to get my kids out of that place it wasn't safe I never got my refund they lied about that.
