Hotel Stay for Mother’ Birthday.
I have stayed at the Comfort Suites many times. This visit was unusual in that I had to change rooms twice due to the smell of smoke and/or mold. Finally, the desk staff was able to move me to a room without the heavy smells and it was comfortable and clean. I appreciated how patient and accommodating the staff was in finding a room for me. They provided excellent customer service. The food was good, but the bold coffee was not really strong enough nor was the regular coffee.

We had an okay stay till the hotel charged us extra due to them messing up the charges upon check in. Instead of them calling Hotels.com and rectifying their mistake with them. They charged my card for incidentals and then asked me to call Hotels.com and get reimbursed for it. So I had to take time out of my vacation to go do their mess, and that was not a quick phone call. The breakfast was mediocre, not a whole lot of healthy choices to choose from. The pool was nasty so I got the net and cleaned it so the kids could swim. The hotel needs maintenance badly. The entry way and the floors were nice. Showers, sinks, and walls need some TLC. We will not be back here. Will try one of the other hotels in town next time.

This is one of the Better Comfort Suites I have stayed at. I choose Comfort a lot to stay in when I’m out of town due to the quality and the cleanliness. This one was very beautiful. The staff was very courteous and helpful and sweet. We would definitely recommend staying at this one in Bay City again and again.

Front staff lady was very polite and helpful. Accommodated my small family with our furbaby very well. Hotel outdated itself and definitely in need of renovations. Breakfast, plenty of variety and fresh. Beds comfy. AC cooled room off perfectly. Definitely recommend for a over night stay or 2 if you don't mind a older hotel.

We weren't there long, just a quick overnight, but the room was great! Very large room, clean, quiet (and we were the very first room off the lobby). Breakfast was great, too. We'd stay again!

Gym was nice to have available. Could use some heavier free weights, but otherwise great. Staff were super accommodating. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable.
