Comfortable bed and all the amenities!

The room was clean and spacious. It had a refrigerator, microwave and a sofa bed. The lady who checked us in was not exactly welcoming, but the lady who checked us out was. A continental breakfast was offered. Parking was ample.

Clean, friendly staff.

The room and bathroom were clean, but the carpet smelled like dog. The pool was filthy. The front staff appeared bored but was not rude. The cleaning staff and kitchen staff were nice, friendly and worked hard to make your stay pleasant. I will not be returning, however. The pool should be maintained.

Pretty standard amenities. Bed was tolerable. Location was close to fast food and Starbucks.

I could not use a major credit card to pay as stated in information they send to us you can make a payment as long as it is with a major credit card such as visa. But when I went in to sign in I was told they will not take it because it was a chime credit card not a debit card but yes a visa credit card. So I had to go through a who extra 45 min just to check in while it also held up the line behind me. Then at breakfast time I was told there would be a full breakfast but when I went down there there was boiled eggs in a fridge. There were no scrambled eggs, no hash browns, no bacon only sausage and some kind of a burrito oh and frozen boxed waffles. Yeah so the cereal, toast, and other items. Well not a full breakfast just continental the work I have ever seen and I have seen many hotels. My daughter wouldn't even eat because it wasn't real food not made the same day just frozen 😒 items and some fruit. No pancakes either. Basically not a full breakfast at all it's a lie. Very upset at what this hotel put me and my daughter through just trying to check in and then the lie about the breakfast I think was it for me.

Breakfast was great! Rooms clean, Comfortable Bed, safe location! Check In Customer Service Rep Angela, was very knowledgeable! gave great directions on how to get to our venue for the wedding.. instructions on how to get to our room, breakfast times, all with a very pleasant and cheerful attitude..
