Most everything about my stay here was great. Hot breakfast in the morning, security at night are always a nice touch. The only two disappointments I had were the inconsistently functioning elevator while staying on the second floor, and at checkout when I requested a checkout receipt the front desk stated that it couldn’t possibly be done because I had booked through a third party (Expedia).
I spend over 150 nights/year in hotels on average. This is a request I make wherever I stay and this was the first time I’ve been told it couldn’t be done.

The old small shampoos would be nice to have the new installed shampoo and body wash like other best westerns but bring your own bath stuff
Breakfast was ok not for the healthy
Great location and they have a security person cone off and watch the parking lot all night which was comforting
