The room was dirty and things were falling off the wall. We stayed an hour and left because it was so bad. Would not recommend.
Great Hotel Outside St. Louis.
The Comfort Suites was great. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. The coffee was consistently filled, and breakfast was great. It's a quick drive into the city from their location. I would recommend the Comfort Suites of Fairview Heights if you were ever traveling near St. Louis.

Check in was fine, the entry way looks updated a little bit bu beyond that not much has been done. Hallways scraped up and down. Elevator was scratched all over inside and out. Our room had holes in the wall, mirrior frame was broken, showere had rusty racks and shower heads. Breakfast was atrocious, dining area not clean, not really any choices, and rhe choices they did have tasted so gross. Ive stayed a lot of places and this hits the top of the two hotels I've syayed at that I wouldn't choose again.

Awful, what they said beds were queen bed was a full sized bed. Bugs in room, smelled, breakfast was awful, pool was green and slimy. Tile in bathroom coming up. Wanted to charge me $40 to check in an hour early. Highly do NOT recommend

I had to make last min changes and the front desk was awesome in helping me. Also I appreciate that you accept dogs. Mine are better behaved than most, and it’s getting harder and harder to find places to stay

I had ask for the bedding on the pull. The lady at the desk refused. She told me I could split the 2 blankets in the bed. Blankets being, thin blanket and duvet. As well refused to provide any pillows for my kids. Again stating that I need to split my blankets and pillows. After asking and raising my voice, she finally agreed to 1 blanket set and 1 pillow for 2 kids. Hotel smells of active weed smoking, people that sitting outside who were knocked out, rooms were dirty and we found trash everywhere in our room and we found bugs throughout the hotel. The hotel smells like weed and dirty laundry. I would not stay again. Pay extra and go to the hotel up the street.

The bed was really comfortable. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good except for the eggs were kind of disgusting, but they usually are hotels. My only complaint was they do not have any extra pillows for the pullout couch so we didn’t have enough pillows for all four of us.
