Staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole facility was clean. The room was spacious and clean as well. The ac worked wonderful as it was a little stuffy when we first entered the room but within about 10-15 minutes of the ac running it was just fine. The bed was comfortable but a little too firm for me. It was not hard I just like a pretty soft bed pans this one was I would say a similar mattress.

The staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful. We were able to bring our little doggie with us. Breakfast was a nice hotel breakfast. The shower and around the toilet was in need of cleaning and new silicone as it was moldy so that was disappointing. Room and hotel was clean though.

The first room smelled very moldy. Talked to manager and moved us. Room still smelled but not moldy smell. Both rooms had really bad water stained curtains. Management was extremely helpful. Food service was good.

The check in process was timely and the receptionist was friendly. The rooms had an odd stintch to it and the bathroom smelled of mildew. The water pressure in the bathroom was low and the facuet was loose from the wall, there were also no wash clothes in the bathroom. The beds were decent to sleep on, the tv worked fine, and the heater heated the room nicely. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a good stay.

We checked in after midnight and they said they held the room till 2am and then we checked out at 8am. The breakfast was very limited but it was okay. I had to go down the hall to the big ice machine to get ice in my 6oz cup for the breakfast. The bed was great and the TV worked. The staff ladies were so sweet.
