Front desk was friendly. Only real issues was during breakfast I had to multiple times tell the staff that the milk they put out for cereal was really sour. They changed it 3 times and used different containers and was still very sour. Pool was perfect temperature. Our room had a couple dents in the bathroom door but besides that was nice. Very cheap deposit which was amazing

The coffee/breakfast area was never cleaned from the morning. We checked in after 7 pm. There was pancake batter smeared across the counter and down the front of the lower cabinet. the next morning the new breakfast foods were laid out on the dirty countertops. Disgusting. The bedroom had a sticky floor and the sleeper sofa was all stained and old looking. For a recently renovated hotel it was disgusting. If it wasn't non-refundable we would not have stayed. At least the bedding was clean. Comparable price to other Syracuse hotels, stay somewhere else.

I am sorry to say the hotel was not clean at all. We walked into our room with a sticky floor and when we asked the cleaning staff for a wet towel to clean it up, the towel came away black. Our bathroom sink was very slow draining. We told the front desk person and a person I believe was the Manager and no one ever offers to fix it. The beds were comfortable. I won’t be able to stay here again.

Holes in walls shower curtain falling down no bedding or pillows for spare bed and said right in the reservation that I would be using it it was stained with blood and paper thin no pillows no bedding took five calls to get someone at the front desk just to get some bedding for my bed breakfast had no milk for cereal the waffle dispenser didn’t work no silverware available until after breakfast and absolutely nothing to drink… by far the worste experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and I have stayed at hundreds
