It was a quick overnight stay. Both desk clerks were very nice. Night clerk gave us a great recommendation.
Clean rooms and pleasant staff.
I have one serious complaint. I booked a handicap accessible room. The room had a bathtub, which was extremely difficult for me to use. In addition and this is important for each of your guests. The handicap room was on the third floor. In the event of a power outage or fire, I would have been trapped on the third floor. You must take these problems to those who are able to make changes.
Very disappointed. Not worth the money we paid.
There were used towels on the floor in the hallway outside one of the rooms on our floor. The key cards don’t properly unlock the room door on a consistent basis. The TV remote was very difficult to work there were no instructions and the attendant had to personally come to the room to explain how to work the remote.Comforter on bed was not cleaned had brown stains on it the attendant explained there were. No extra clean comforters and had to bring us blankets. The door’s security latch was broken. We were not pleased with our experience at your hotel.
Clean and quiet.
This is my usual place to stay when in town. It's always clean and generally quiet and this stay was no different. Friendly staff at the front desk. My only complaint on this visit is the wi fi was VERY sketchy going in an out all the time. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
Excellent Stay & Excellent Service!
Checked in Monday, late afternoon, room was very satisfactory. We has a small issue with the pipes under the sink, I reported it to the young man that checked us in. He offered to immediately change our room and put in a repair order. We decided to wait until Tuesday to see if it could be repaired. The morning woman called and told us it would take extra time to repair and she gave us a great room for our remaining two days The young man at the desk this morning (0300) got us out quickly with a smile. Great experience.

They need to change the name because there is nothing Grand about this place. The pool in closed which is why we came. I told the lady on the phone we were coming with kids to swim and she never told us it was closed down. It's really run down and dirty. The shampoo and conditioner was already used by someone. There was hairs all over the floor. The room smelled. I am very disappointed. Don't waste your money.

Evening check-in was fast and easy. The room was beautiful and well-stocked with towels and amenities The ac/heating unit worked well and quietly. Good breakfast fare, including good coffee. Staff was pleasant and friendly, helpful folks on all shifts. Plenty of parking, well-lit. A great find!

It was a great place for the price. We were expecting basic accomodation for the price point. However, the place was very clean, the room was larger than we thought it would be (which was great for travelling with a toddler). Overall we were very please with our experience.
