Scam
My problem was with the scam of making the reservation. I believed l was talking with the hotel. But it was not even Best Western. Whe n there was an issue l found some foreign scammers where responsible and l was out of luck.Why is the Best Wedtern organization allowing this misrepresentation.

We stayed here a few times due to my son’s baseball tournament. This hotel has went downhill since last time. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted due to the moisture and the fan not working. There was a bloody stain on the curtains in the bedroom and the air conditioner would not cool the room so we had to by a floor fan for the room. We were highly disappointed in our stay this time

This was a wonderful stay. The property was well cared for and even though they were very busy, they took the time to give out helpful information. I especially appreciated that I requested a room on a floor with an ice machine and was granted one. I would like to recognize by name, Kim G and Brandi, for the was they maintained professional with a smile. One more young lady was instrumental in making my stay comfortable. Her name escapes me for the moment, but she knows who she is. This will be my goto spot when I visit Dothan, Al.
