Horrible
Arrived at the hotel waited two hours and still was not able to get in the room because they could not get the door to open and there was no one on staff to fix the door had to go get a room at a different Hotel still fighting to get my refund.
Clean Hotel
The hotel was clean and I found it very convenient. The room was better than I expected and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Very easy booking online to check in. My key didn’t work at first, so the representative upgraded my room and assisted me to ensure the key would work and gave me an extra third key for good measure. Breakfast was hot and fresh with eggs and sausage

The maid was not great. She left stool in the toilet bowl. There was no Kleenex in the bathroom. Having breakfast was a plus. But unfortunately The bagels were stale.

The hotel was decent over all but 2 of my 3 room keys did not work n the 3rd one stopped working after 3 uses. The hall ways were worked over pretty good n my door knob/lock was falling off my room door. My TV didnt work. Tho, Beds were comfortable w clean sheets.

He was horrible. The hallway smells like urine no room service after three days and the key card keep getting deactivated. It was very annoying and I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in that place not even one night.

We were moved 3 times in 2 hours after a very grueli by day of traveling. Once for a non-working bathroom light, then into a room with a door fob that didn’t work (dead battery after multiple trips with new keys AND after having been let in initially by management so we were all unpacked) then finally, black hair all over the bed in final room and another non-working light. We ended up checking out and requesting a refund. We were informed a renovation may be occurring in the near future so it may improve…?

Absolutely the worst, dirtiest, unkept hotel we have ever stayed at. Nobody ever at the front desk. Constantly having to wait for someone. We were given room 301 first. As soon as we opened up the door to the room we could tell immediately that the beds were not made and the room was not cleaned. Then they gave us room 327. There was no smoke detector on the wall. Just wires coming out of the wall. There was used soap still in the bathroom in the soap dish for the shower. The bed sheets were ripped. Furniture and doors were damaged. There was part of the wall that had been repaired but not painted with spackle not even sanded and painted over. At breakfast they ran out of mix for the waffles and we were told there was no more. The eggs were cold. There was no sausage or bacon. In general the hotels in disrepair and filthy. I went to check out. I explained all of this to the person checking me out. He then advised me that my payment was declined and he wanted another form of payment. I showed him where it was paid a week ago and had already come out of my credit card. So he tried to charge me twice, lying to me, telling me that my card was declined. Are you immediately used that same card to get gas with no issues. Nowhere near worth the money paid. Very dissatisfied.
