Everything else was booked, so we lucked out finding this at a good price. Very happy with our stay here. Nice people adequate accommodations for the price.

The place is a dump and not worth the price. Should have booked Evonolodge nearby for a few bucks more.

Room was nasty. I didn’t even want to shower because bathroom wasn’t clean, and wore shoes the whole time in my room because I was afraid to go barefoot. Glad I had a travel blanket in my car because sheets were dirty so I slept on top of my blanket. No coffee pot in room or lobby. Advertised continental breakfast-even had sign at front desk-said they discontinued that years ago and told me to go to Waffle House across the street. Were rude. Empty vending machines. Lobby area dirty. Parking lot on exit side of building not plowed from recent snowstorm, nor was sidewalk-dangerous. Would have canceled and gone elsewhere but it was late at night when I arrived and had been traveling all day and had early work interview. Will never stay there again. Hot Springs location 2 weeks before was great, which was why I had booked at Benton location when I had to return to AR from out of state to go to Benton area. Do not recommend Benton Rodeway Inn!!!

I had a good stay at relax inn

Nastiest room I have ever seen. Dead flies in the fridge stains from the trash can on the wall. I left 3 hrs later.

Staff was extremely rude and didn't even leave towels

Needs major updates, room was okay had to clean the microwave & refrigerator out before putting my stuff in it. Took a shower and the water fill the tub up and drained very slowly. For a quick stop over I quess it’s okay.

I stayed at the Roadway Inn in Benton Arkansas on Thursday 9/18/25. It was a terrible experience. The front lobby was a mess and reeked of a foul stench along with the hallway leading to my room and my room as well. I went to the front desk and ask the clerk if she had a can of disinfectant spray. Unbelievably she did and now I know why. I sprayed my entire room down. The towels smelled of the same foul stench that the room smelled of. Not clean at all. Very filthy. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and motels, but this was by far the worst. When I turned in my room key to the owner at the front desk this morning I told him that the City of Benton in Arkansas health department needs to shut him down. I want a refund on my card please.

I was not able to stay at this place because they would not accept my registered service dog. The people at hotels.com and the man behind the counter at the motel assured me I could get a full refund which I could not so I would not use this service and I would not book at this motel
