Very friendly, helpful staff. We used the laundry room and appreciated that they could make change for us at the office. Got coffee every morning. The roses, daisies and rhododendrons were are beautiful. We got very clear instructions on where the best places were preferred for us to take our dogs so we could be good guests. The room was clean and they provided us with fresh towels during our three night stay. We enjoyed quiet and solitude during the evenings.

It was ok, you pay what you get. There is nothing to do, not even go into the lobby and sit down, because the spicy food odor is compounding for someone like me who is sensitive to smells. The internet kept disconnecting me while I was trying to study and submit assignments. The staff was pleasant. I would probably offer more amenities and consider investing in a pool! Grounds were clean and kept up. Room service was prompt with my request. I would probably consider upgrading the beds, pillows, and TVs - I was stuck watching whatever was on cable because I could not log in to my streaming accounts.

Extremely clean room. BUT that's the only thing good about my stay: COLD HARD FLOORS, NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATING A REDICULOUSLY STRANGE TV, NO COFFE SUPPLIES IN ROOM. ROOM WAS LIKE A JAIL CELL. NEVER-EVER AGAIN....
